Miranda Hodge
Lawyer, Brown & Hodge

At 14, Miranda had the option of going to summer camp or working the drive thru window at her local McDonald's. After 8 years with Caspers Company and working at locations throughout the bay area, Miranda left to pursue her passion of helping people when they were at their most desperate. Now, at her law firm, which has 3 satellite locations across the United States, you can find Miranda teaching her new associates the same lessons she learned as that 14-year old girl.

Sam Wright
Tampa Police Sergeant

Sam always knew he wanted to be a police officer, but never knew how to get into the academy. During an event honoring first responders at the McDonald's Sam worked at, he spoke to the police captain who steered him in the right direction. After 3 years of creating countless smiles for his coworkers and guests, Sam decided to leave the Golden Arches and pursue his childhood dream. Sam said, "If it wasn't for McDonald's and them helping me find myself, I don't know if I would have ever made that dream a reality."

Beginning my career at McDonald's taught me life lessons I could have never learned anywhere else. From learning to work with people from all walks of life to making hard business decisions, it was a great training ground!
