ServSafe® is the premier food safety training program designed for the industry by scientific researchers, academics, industry professionals and The National Restaurant Association Education Foundation and is recognized across the country for Food Protection Manager Certification. 1 Day 8 Hour Class and Exam We offer a classroom ServSafe® program so that your business can meet your state certification and/or operations requirements. This class is intended to maximize your employee’s time. We suggest at least 8 hours of home study prior to the 8 hour classroom instruction portion. The 8 hour classroom training and exam qualifies your employee for certification with the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation and puts your business in compliance. Course books are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Exams are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Classroom instruction is in English./ Certification: Includes 8 Hours Classroom Training & ServSafe Certification Exam (Written or On-line) $200 Recertification: Includes Review & ServSafe Certification Exam (Written or On-line) $125 Recertification: (without review) On-line exam only $85 To obtain a ServSafe Essentials course book go to: www.servsafe.com to order online with credit card.
